Quimper Faience Jewelry Marie Anise Green Necklace

The 300-year-old Quimper manufacturer HB Henriot decided to enter this new century with a whole new type of product, costume jewelry. Of course these pieces are crafted and handpainted in-house in the same fashion, with the same attention to detail, as any of their timeless masterpieces.

This three-piece pendant is painted in shades of pale pistachio green and cocoa brown pearl. The design is called "Marie" for the artist who designs the jewelry for HB Henriot. The pendant measures 4.5 inches long and hangs from a black silken cord. The cord has a 20-inch drop; depending on how you tie it around your neck it can be worn dramatically low or close to your neck. It arrives to you in a cushioned collector's gift box with a certificate of authenticity.

All faience pieces are fully handpainted. Each piece is therefore unique. Pictures are representative of the style only; actual piece may differ slightly. Made in France.
