Laguiole Jean Dubost Salad Set - Green & Yellow Handles

The small village of Laguiole (the locals say "La-yoll") in Southern France is famous worldwide for of its knives. Following a tradition dating from the 19th century, the Laguiole knives are still made in much the same way today. 
This salad set is a prime example of the Laguiole tradition. The two pieces adorn the traditional bee and are made of stainless steel with a green and a yellow plastic handles. They measure 10 inches long. The set comes in a wooden case.
