We offer three options (1 and 2 for USA only):

1. Original payment method with prepaid shipping label: You will receive a prepaid UPS label that you can download and print. You will be refunded for the products returned on the same payment method used to make the purchase (i.e., credit card, PayPal, etc.) The return fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
2. Store credit with prepaid shipping label: You will receive a prepaid UPS label that you can download and print. You will be issued store credit for the products returned in the form of an online gift card that will be emailed to you. No return fee will be deducted.
3. Original payment method, you provide the label: You will need to purchase a label with the carrier of your choice and ship the items back to us. When we receive the items, you will be refunded for the products returned on the same payment method used to make the purchase. No return fee will be deducted.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. No returns on soaps, special orders and selected items (as described in the listings). Store credit will be in the form of an electronic gift card. Prepaid shipping return labels are only available for US orders. Any returned tablecloth with an umbrella hole will incur a 25% restocking fee. We do not accept returns for soaps. We also do not accept returns for any product that has been washed or altered in any way.
Please pack the products with care and include the original product packaging if applicable. Products must be in new and clean condition to be accepted for return.
If you want to exchange an item, you can place a new order for the new item and return the original item for a refund. You can also return the item and request store credit. After we issue the store credit, you can use the credit to purchase a replacement product.
