Shipping to Canada:

† Please note that in some rare cases we will need to charge extra for shipments to Canada. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to let you know of the final shipping charges. If paying by credit card, we will need your credit card information to charge the difference. If you would like to know in advance what the shipping charges are, please call us or email us.

Hold for pickup:

If you select this option during checkout we will get your order ready at our store in Tustin, California. If the products are in stock, we can normally get your order ready that same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready. If you do not receive the email or if you have any questions about the order, please give us a call. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the product(s) within 15 days of receipt for a refund. You must include a copy of the invoice with a brief reason for the return or you can write a note referencing the order number, your name and address and a brief reason for the return. We apprciate an email or phone call to let us know of the return. Upon receipt we will credit the original amount to your credit card (not including shipping). Goods must be unused and returned with the original packaging. No returns on food products and soaps. Limited returns on special orders (see below). We will not issue a refund if the above conditions are not met.

Special Orders:

Special orders must be prepaid in full. Delivery time is indicated in the product description and is approximate as many factors can affect it (material availablity, manufacturer's workload, shipping delays, holidays, etc...). Returns on special order items may be limited to manufacturing defects or shipping damages. If an order is made of special order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together, unless otherwise requested and approved.

Shortages and damages:

We must be notified by phone or email of any shortages or damages within 7 days of receipt of your package. We will ship you the shorted or damaged item as promptly as possible, if in stock. If no longer available, we will credit you the amount or ship a similar item of same value as per your request. In case of damage, we may request some documentation (such as pictures) from you.


All major credit cards are accepted, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER, as well as PAYPAL. All credit card payments are handled using Authorize.net's secure transaction processing for your protection. Sales tax:

We charge 8% sales tax for all orders shipping within California on all taxable products.

Gift Registry:

You can create a gift registry for any occasion. First register on our site, then click on "Gift Registry" in the Login Area. Enter the details of your event, then browse our website and add your products to your wishlist. You can then go to your wishlist to review the products you have selected and move the ones you select to your gift registry.

Hazardous Materials:

Some products (e.g., liquid perfume) are considered hazardous materials or dangerous goods for shipping. We must ship these products by ground service. These products are identified on their description pages.

Bonus points:

Every time you shop with us, you earn bonus points. Each dollar spent earns a bonus point; each bonus point is worth ¢5. After accumulating 200 points or more, you can redeem your points for a gift certificate for a future purchase. (An account is required to take advantage of this feature.) To redeem your points, click on "Bonuses" on the right side of your screen and click on "Convert to a gift certificate." For example, 200 points accumulated will earn you $10 towards your next purchase.
