I ordered them with two types of napkins - the Olives Blue Provence recommended on this page, and some yellow and blue ones - because I like to mix and match. David was, once again, very helpful to me in making the decision of what would work well together, including offering some suggestions I hadn’t considered If you can’t get to Provence this year… this shop will serve you well!
Beautiful placemats and love the wipe clean surface while still looking same as cloth! Exceptional Customer Service, shipped and received in California in only 1 day. Amazing.
I have been lucky to do a lot of traveling past. Finding quality table linens in the United Kingdom, Italy and France was a discovery that allowed me to dress beautiful tables for formal or casual dining, as I love to cook and entertain. And French (Provence, specifically) linens are by far my favorite because you can
change the ambiance of the table and the room quickly and easily. But discovering I could exactly what I wanted without the plane ticket was an unexpected delight!
I ordered from I Dream once before (maybe two years ago) and like so many, I didn’t review what I loved. I just placed a second order and I have to tell you the quality could not be better. I bought both coated and uncoated fabrics. The coated have a stiffer hand and need to be dried without the dryer but they lay flat with no ironing never fade. The uncoated cotton are softer to the touch, and can be dried in the dryer (on delicate, if you must) but they need to be ironed For best smoothness and they will fade over time. Some of mine (purchased over 20 years ago) still are indestructible, if a bit faded.
I bought several designs and colors and highly recommend these in placemat, tablecloth or napkin form. You won’t be disappointed and the change is like redecorating your room with a simple change on the dining table or breakfast bar. I simply love mine.
Beautiful CD. Friend from France passed away one year this month, and this CD is going to be given to her daughter who speaks French fluently. This CD is sure to cheer her up
My friend visiting me from south Florida fell in love with my beautiful dish towels from I Dream of France. I decided to send her the Lemons from the South of France since she has her own lemon tree. She absolutely loves them, and I’ve decided that I’m going to be sending more as gifts to others. Practical but beautiful dish towels.
This is a beautiful way to present home baked goods as a gift. I picked a contrasting napkins and it made a beautiful presentation. The basket is well made and convenient to store. It’s great especially for biscuits and muffins. Would also be pretty for holiday cookies.
