I’ve been buying these coated tablecloths for years and love them. Just bought this new one for my new table and it fits perfectly. Love the difference designs ann colors and of course the fact that I can just wipe it clean after each meal. The colors are amazing and stay bright for years. Can be thrown in the washing machine if needed and come out beautifully. I even have coated tablecloths for my outdoor patio tables as they are perfect for family gatherings. I also love that I can get matching fabric placemats as they really dress up my table. I use a protective table cover underneath to help protect the wood on the table, but love the fact that these table cloths are coated, as it gives me that added protection if someone spills something as it won’t leak through like a normal tablecloth would.. Because this table cloths look so great, I use it all the everyday, not just for family gatherings.
I bought this to replace a tablecloth just like it that I accidentally ruined! (While on vacation, I left a potted plant on it, and it molded beyond my ability to clean it..) it’s pretty and repels stains, but not mold stains that are three weeks old! Wash, dry, and fold or use without ironing.
I used to buy these table linens at the markets in Provence and have used and loved them forever. I hadn't been able to find them until I found "I Dream of France". My placemats literally had holes in them and my husband was not happy but I kept using them because i loved the fabric and the pattern. The placemats and tablecloths are exactly the same quality and I believe are the same manufacturers as those in France, I love them. The coated ones wipe clean and launder beautifully as do the uncoated placemats. I am so happy to have found "I Dream of France". Sinde I can't use any more myself, I will buy them for gifts I know will be loved for years to come.
Love this towel. It's very absorbent and lovely as well.
