So pretty but fabric is not the quality we would expect

The matching quilted placemats are perfect, but the cotton fabric of the napkins is stiff and rough, even after washing. (The blue and white Provençal pattern napkins) I ordered previously are the same. So unfortunately I can't recommend them.
