Jacquard tablecloths and runners are 100% cotton and have the design woven in the fabric using different colored threads. As a result, if you turn the fabric upside down you can see the reverse of the design. A stain-resistant product such as Teflon or Centerguard is embedded into the material to help repel foods and liquids. The fabric feels and looks exactly like cotton. The only way to "see" the stain-resistant treatment is to drop a bit of water on the fabric and watch it bead. We recommend these if you are looking for a more formal and sophisticated tablecloth than the printed kind, or if you do not like the feel of the acrylic coating. They can be machine washed. They are made in France.
Love this elegant tablcloth. Soft ivory background with delicate lavender flowers!
Beautiful way to brighten up my diningroom!
It is perfect for my deck tables that have the umbrella inserted in the table. So the hole is necessary. I thought that there was a zipper, but instead, need to take the umbrella up and then insert the table cloth and insert the umbrella pole through the hole. It will look perfect!
This pattern is beautiful and any food that falls on the placemats is easily cleaned up thanks to the acrylic-coated cotton. This is my second set of Le Cluny placemats (I also have the blue and white) because I love them so much!
