The small village of Laguiole (the locals say "La-yoll") in Southern France is famous worldwide for of its knives and fine cutlery. Following a tradition dating from the 19th century, the Laguiole knives as well as forks and spoons are still made in much the same way today. Over time, the manufacture has moved to the larger nearby town of Thiers. If you are in the market for Genuine Laguiole knives, spoons and forks, beware of cheap imitations. Real Laguiole cutlery must not only be made in France, but they must be made in or near the town of Thiers. Jean Dubost is located in Viscomtat, just outside the city of Thiers. All their products are proudly marked "Made in France"!
Love it! Was beyond my expectations. Nice quality and so French!
Easy process, delivery as expected, products ordered were exactly as described and pictured. Excellent experience!
Just what I needed to refresh the look of my current chair pads; love that they are a reversible design & color. The color compliments the colors of my rug. They are simple to attach & I’m sure they’ll be easy to clean.
